Project Challenge

Delta Dental is a dental services corporation with offices across the United States. Delta Dental of Kansas (DDKS) is one of those offices and located in Wichita, Kansas.

DDKS needed a partner that could meet the national corporate office's rigorous website standards. The website needed to follow the very specific and mandated design template requirements. Also, the website needed to meet certain technology requirements.

Once completed, the website needed to be verified by the national corporate office to ensure it met the brand and technology requirements.

Project Analysis and Approach

Pen Publishing Interactive met with key members of the DDKS team. The team's concerns were many but the top concern was what process we would follow to meet the project requirements.

We discussed all the details step-by-step over various meetings. Each time we broke down the technology and design requirements then created an action plan.

In our conversations, new requirements surfaced and we brainstormed solutions.

After our initial meetings, notes, research and emails we went to work.

Project Outcomes

The requirements for the DDKS website were also sent to other offices across the United States. Our expertise, research, and know-how paid off.

The website we delivered for DDKS was one one of very few that met the corporate national office's requirements. Our experienced in-house talent delivered premium quality results.

Not only did we meet the rigorous requirements, we also solved additional issues through custom programming.

The DDKS website runs on our home-grown (organic) FlipperSiteDeveloper CMS. We provide website hosting and SSL services as well.
